The shop’s clothing sizes have always been notoriously small, but now H&M have listened to the public, and are increasing their sizes.
The store gave a statement regarding the fit. H&M said: “We are taking the steps to change our womenswear measurements to be in line with UK sizing.”
Many women have complained on social media that the store’s sizes are too small. Shoppers have to go up one or two sizes from their usual fit.
H&M gave the example that going forward, the previous measurements of a UK size 12 will now be a UK size 10.
We hope that this change in fit will allow many more women of different shapes and sizes to shop at H&M.
